Earlier today it was announced that the next season would be the final one for ‘Two and a Half Men’. In terms of years, it ties ‘My Three Sons’ as the second longest running live action sitcom in television history behind only ‘The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet’. Although in terms of number of episodes it doesn’t stack up to some of the others.
Executive producer Chuck Lorre has promised several surprises for next year and speculation about a cameo from Charlie Sheen is already underway.
‘Two and a Half Men’ is a property valued at over $1 billion for Warner Television. So there will be a lot of speculation as to how to end the series.
